Home Features

The Blackstone is a large home that provides guests with tons of space to spread out and enjoy. Entering through the front door guests will either enjoy the main living room that offers an electric fireplace! All bedrooms are located on the second floor of the home while the second living room and kitchen are located on the lower level. The dining room has a sturdy wooden table with 6 chairs so all guests can enjoy a meal or play a game together. The kitchen is fully stocked with all plates, cutlery, bakeware, cookware, pots, pans and utensils. All you need to bring is the food and the spices. We provide everything else to cook and prep a good meal. The backyard has a hot tub to accommodate 6 along with outdoor seating! (*Please note the hot tub is seasonal and available from Oct 1st - April 30th) Come stay to relax!

Enter through the front of the home using a personalized code you will receive the day prior to arrival. You are immediately met with the feeling of home!

LIVING ROOMS

Main Living Room:

The main living room offers a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of natural lighting! A large sectional sofa to seat five, an additional chair, electric fireplace and a Smart TV so you don’t miss out on any shows.

Lower-Level Living Room:

The lower level living room features a love seat with two additional chairs to kick back and relax. A Smart TV along with an electric fireplace is available for guest use. Also provided is a record player if you are not in the mood for TV and want to have music on while you enjoy one of the board games provided!

BEDROOMS

This home offers three comfortable bedrooms all on the second floor of the home. The master bedroom features a king size bed and on suite bathroom along with bedside tables, dresser, Smart TV and closet space. The two other bedrooms feature queen size beds, ceiling fans, bed side tables with lamps and charging stations along with plenty of closet space!

KITCHEN

This kitchen features all stainless steel major appliances in order for you to prepare any meals you wish! All cookware, drinkware and dinnerware are provided along with tons of storage. You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over with a variety of K-cups and creamer included.

BATHROOMS

There are two full bathrooms in this home! The main bathroom features a double sink vanity with plenty of counter space and storage along with a tub/shower combo. The master bathroom features a stand up shower only. The bathrooms are equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

EXTRAS

The property has an amazing backyard that provides guests with outdoor seating and a six person hot tub!

Cancellation Policy:
Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees (approx. 4%). No refund will be given if canceled within five days of arrival.
