Villa Leocadia is a large home in a quaint neighborhood that gives guests the ultimate feeling of being home. Entering through the backdoor allows you to get a glimpse of the amazing backyard and private pool before settling in! This home has a private sunroom, four bedrooms with TV’s in every room, two full bathrooms and a fully renovated kitchen with features selected by HGTV! Everything you need to enjoy your time away from home is here waiting for you!

Enter through the back door of the home using a personalized code you will receive the day prior to arrival. You are immediately met with the feeling of home!

LIVING ROOMS

The second floor living room offers a space to get away and work at the private space or watch a game/movie. You will find a couch, Smart TV, coffee table along with a desk and chair! This space is comfortable and quiet!

The lower level living room features a plush couch with two additional chairs and a fireplace with battery operated candles for a relaxing ambience. There is no TV in this space but it is perfect to gather for coffee or games!

KITCHEN & DINING

This kitchen features all stainless steel major appliances in order for you to prepare any meals you wish! All cookware, drinkware and dinnerware are provided along with tons of storage. You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over with a variety of K-cups and creamer included.

BEDROOMS

This home offers four comfortable bedrooms, two of the four bedrooms are on the main level and two bedrooms are located on the second level. The master bedroom features a king size bed and on suite bathroom along with bedside tables, dresser, Smart TV and closet space. The three other bedrooms feature queen size beds, Smart TV’s, bed-side tables with lamps and charging stations along with plenty of closet space and dressers!

BATHROOMS

There are two full bathrooms in this home! The main bathroom features a large vanity with plenty of counter space and storage along with a tub/shower combo. The upstairs bathroom features a stand up shower only along with plenty of space to spread out. The bathrooms are equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

EXTRAS

Villa Leocadia offers a resort style backyard that provides guests with a private pool, fire pit, lounge chairs and additional tables and chairs for your enjoyment!

We do not allow pets at this property!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees (approx. 4%). No refund will be given if canceled within five days of arrival.
