Welcome to The Peppercorn! This home has been furnished in such a way to maximize your comfortability! This super chic space offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, gorgeous dining room and super cozy living room! You will also have access to a full size washer and dryer as well as private parking. Located in the South Kansas City Waldo neighborhood you are only blocks from grocery stores, restaurants, tap houses and other famous venues! Everything you could need is here, awaiting your arrival!
Enter through the front of the home using a personalized code you will receive the day of arrival. You are immediately met with the feeling of home!
LIVING ROOM
The living room offers a peaceful atmosphere with plenty of seating on the cozy leather sectional! A large Smart TV is provided for all your streaming needs as well as overhead lighting and extra throw blankets so you can sit back and relax.
BEDROOMS
This home offers three comfortable bedrooms with two with queen size beds and one full size bed. Two of the bedrooms feature Smart TV’s and all bedrooms have overhead lighting/ceiling fans, storage closets, luggage racks, nightstands and bedside charging stations.
KITCHEN & DINING
This kitchen provides all new stainless steel appliances as well as plenty of counter and cabinet space. All cookware, dinnerware and drinkware is provided! You will also have access to a full enhanced coffee bar including a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and pour over along with coffee grounds, sugar and creamer!
There is a dining room right off the kitchen that features a beautiful table chairs to seat six! This is the perfect spot to sit around and enjoy your coffee in the morning and chat or pick up a bottle of wine and enjoy some of the board games provided for a fun game night in!
BATHROOMS
There is one full bathroom in this home located in the hallway between the bedrooms. The bathroom does have a shower/tub combo and a pedestal sink. For ease of traveling we have equipped the bathroom with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Six large bath towels and washcloths along with hand towels and dark makeup towels are provided for convenience.
EXTRAS
The property has an amazing back yard that provides guests with comfortable outdoor seating! We do allow pets at this property, there is a fenced yard as well with dog bags provided for easy clean up!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees (approx. 4%). No refund will be given if canceled within five days of arrival.

PARTIES
All gatherings must be limited to 8, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ALLOWED.
IDENTITY VERIFICATION
+ PROPERTY INSURANCE REQUIREMENT
To help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with SafelyStay, Inc. to provide your reservation with damage protection of up to $1,500. Guest screening is also required, and you will be contacted to complete an identity verification once your reservation is confirmed. Protection is provided up to 59 nights. Longer reservations will be invoiced at the rate of $130 per additional 30 days.
PETS
We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, the host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced-in back yard. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
